By completing the Factory reset it restores the television back to factory settings. There isn't a method of downloading these settings to a drive or bootable USB to have a copy of them. You are able to download the software updates via USB though. He is coming back out in a few days to work with Samsung tech support and go through each of those settings under each section and see if he can get back to normal. It still reboots itself like like every 20 minutes for like hours before it eventually stops rebooting.

None of the suggestions here worked for me but finally I found a solution.
Looks like their 5G Wifi implementation is buggy. It's a shame that LG's wifi is not reliable. This means the router can operate on a channel your device can't see. The remedy is to use the management console and pin the 5GHz radio to channel for instance. I prefer this method rather than disabling band steering.
